## Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Medical Front Desk Specialist to join their team. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling patients, verifying insurance, assisting with billing-related tasks, and supporting overall front office operations. This role provides growth opportunities, starting in scheduling and transitioning into broader Front Desk responsibilities as staffing needs evolve.

## Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to patients.

## Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements### Certifications or Licenses

• Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a medical office or customer-facing environment.
• Insurance verification and billing experience.
• Strong customer service and scheduling skills.
