Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to provide expert-level support and configuration of assigned applications. This role involves assisting, training, and supporting customers and junior analysts, enhancing operational efficiencies, managing and troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality delivery of application availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support and configuration of assigned applications.
- Assist, train, and support customers and junior analysts.
- Mentor junior analysts and work with customers at all levels.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues and proactively manage change.
- Enhance understanding of tools to improve operational efficiencies.
- Ensure services contribute to the successful accomplishment of the department's mission.
- Make recommendations regarding budget projections and project management.
Qualifications
- Epic Certification in Cadence, Prelude, Ambulatory, or RTE preferred.

Additional Requirements
This position requires on-site presence in the Bellaire office on Tuesdays from 9am-2pm.
