Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist responsible for managing the end-to-end revenue cycle. This role involves working with a small team and ensuring effective denials management and work queue management. The specialist will also handle CMS and UB billings.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle.
• Focus on different portions of the cycle as needed, but primarily handle the full process.
• Collaborate with a small, fully trained team of five.
• Manage strong denials and work queue management.
• Work in an ASE environment with no inpatient stays.
• Handle CMS and UB billings, focusing on smaller dollar claims.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements

Education

• HS Diploma; Associates preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with EPIC systems.
• Full end revenue cycle experience.
• Spanish bilingual is a big plus.

Schedule / Shift

Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
