The Opportunity
We are looking for detail-oriented Benefit Verification Specialists to join our team for a critical annual re-verification project. In this short-term role, you will be the vital link between patients, payers, and pharmacies, ensuring seamless healthcare access.

What You'll Be Doing
- High-Volume Outreach: Conduct inbound and outbound calls with patients, payers, and pharmacies to verify insurance coverage details.
- Accurate Documentation: Log verification outcomes, claims details, deductibles, and EOBs into our system with precision.
- Patient Support: Troubleshoot basic coverage inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and all patient confidentiality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain a professional, camera-on presence during team meetings, huddles, and training sessions.
What You Need to Succeed (Core Requirements)
- Experience: 2+ years of Benefit Verification or Benefit Investigation experience. High school diploma or GED required.
- Location: Must reside within 50 miles of Bedford/Dallas, TX.
- Equipment Pickup: You must be able to pick up and drop off client-provided equipment in person in the Bedford/Dallas area.
- Schedule Flexibility: Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
- Commitment to Attendance: Because this is a fast-paced, short-term project, consistent attendance is vital. Time off during the contract period cannot be accommodated (with the exception of single, pre-approved appointments requiring advance notice).
Pay & Incentives
- Base Pay: Up to $19.50, paid weekly.
- Productivity Bonus: Up to $50/week based on attendance and performance metrics.
- Training Bonus: Up to $100 bonus for completing training and credentialing.
