Job Summary
Our client is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for their premier clinician-led physical therapy practice. This opportunity offers mentorship, career growth, and the freedom to practice with integrity and compassion in a supportive clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients using individualized, evidence-based plans of care.
- Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful one-on-one care.
- Collaborate with PTAs, technicians, and clinic staff in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
- Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and complete documentation efficiently using AgileRPM.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and referral sources.
- Support students or teammates through mentorship and leadership when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist.
- Commitment to patient-first, integrity-driven care.
- Compassionate mindset with a desire to build long-term patient relationships.
- Interest in growing clinically and professionally within a supportive team.
Additional Requirements
Ability to assist with patient transfers/mobility, prolonged standing/walking, and lifting/moving patients as needed (reasonable accommodations available).
