Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Temporary Claims Examiner/Tester responsible for auditing, processing, and validating claims data within the QNXT system. This role focuses heavily on testing new configuration updates to ensure the system processes claims according to defined business rules. The examiner will apply specialized institutional knowledge to pay, deny, or adjust pended claims while meeting strict accuracy and efficiency benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in health insurance claims processing or medical billing preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Direct experience navigating and processing within the QNXT core administrative platform preferred.
• Formal medical billing/coding certification preferred.

Additional Requirements

This is a temporary contract position with flexible scheduling after an initial training period.
