Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant responsible for greeting patients, supporting site decommissioning, and general administrative tasks as the facility concludes its operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Greeting & Reception: Welcome incoming patients and visitors, directing them appropriately during the facility's final operational phase.
• Site Decommissioning Support: Assist with packing, organizing, and moving clinic supplies, medical records, and office equipment.
• Administrative & Clerical Tasks: Support general office operations, answer basic inquiries, and assist staff with closing administrative duties.
• Facility Organization: Help maintain a tidy, organized environment while clearing out functional areas.
• General Support: Perform miscellaneous hands-on tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient facility shutdown.

Qualifications

• Background in a healthcare or medical office environment preferred (Medical Assistant, Front Desk, or Office Assistant).

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm
