Job Summary
As a Crisis Manager, you will be responsible for responding to crisis situations in the community, which may include mental health or substance abuse issues. You will work closely with community partners such as schools, DHS, courts, and law enforcement to provide effective crisis management and support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all crisis situations in the community and document in-office if not on assignment.
- Attend crisis events; focus on mental health and substance abuse issues.
- Collaborate with community partners, including schools, courts, and law enforcement.
- Attend all standard meetings, including clinical morning meetings, with a focus on thorough documentation.
- Utilize company vehicle provided during work hours for attending crisis situations.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Qualifications
- Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work with mental health/substance abuse patients.
- Preferred: Previous relevant experience.
