Job Summary
Our client is seeking a motivated Pharmacist to join their team. The ideal candidate will work primarily in the cleanroom and contribute to process development like SOPs. This role requires a licensed Pharmacist in Missouri who is willing to acquire additional state licenses as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a lead pharmacist primarily in the cleanroom.
- Assist with the development and implementation of SOPs and processes.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy compounding guidelines for both sterile and non-sterile preparations.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Missouri Pharmacist License.
- Industry experience in a compounding pharmacy, such as 503A experience.
- Experience with sterile and non-sterile compounding & batch records.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Preferred: Licenses in additional states like NY, CA, OH, or experience with 503B compounding.

- Proficiency in sterile and non-sterile compounding procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Schedule/Shift
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, possible shifts from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
