Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to work collaboratively with the Program Director in implementing a program model that supports families with needs related to Child Protective Services, including mental health, substance use, and intimate partner violence. This role is responsible for supervising a team of clinicians, ensuring program protocols are followed, and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement program models in collaboration with the Program Director to address complex family needs.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and program protocols by the clinical team.
- Facilitate open communication between ACS, CPS, and the clinical team.
- Tailor internal and external referrals to meet families’ needs, working with the Access and Referral Department.
- Ensure warm handoffs occur in making referrals.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians.
- Provide direct clinical work and model program expectations.
- Offer career growth opportunities for the clinical team.
- Conduct training for the clinical team and ACS CPS team.
- Participate in relevant meetings.
- Provide after-hour consultation coverage, as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- LCSW or Licensed Psychologist required.
- Experience/expertise in Intimate Partner Violence, Substance Use, and Mental Health preferred.
- Experience with Evidence-Based Models and multiple assessment measures.
- Supervision and management experience required.
- Commitment to a healing-centered, family-driven, anti-oppressive approach.
- Familiarity with Connections and PROMIS database preferred.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage competing demands.
- Creative problem-solver who anticipates challenges and opportunities for collaboration.
- Ability to work with flexibility, independence, accountability, passion, and humor.
Schedule/Shift
Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM based on operational needs.
