Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Inbound Specialist to manage inbound and outbound communications, handle placement and treatment inquiries, and ensure the efficient flow of information within healthcare environments.

Set pay rate of $20.75/hour 

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for incoming calls and emails regarding placements and treatment inquiries.
• Manage data records for new referrals and communicate status changes effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with external medical partners and internal teams.
• Manage a high volume of calls daily while ensuring prompt documentation.
• Input patient data into internal databases and suggest process improvements.
• Support urgent patient placements during emergencies and conduct feedback surveys.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent transcript verification required.
• Minimum of 6 months of related experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative environment.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Skills

• Proven data entry efficiency (typing assessment required).
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook; basic in Excel and Access.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and maintain focus.
• Exceptional multi-tasking, time management, and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to complete a mandatory one-month training program with zero absences.
• Openness to working flexible shifts to accommodate time zones.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
