Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Debt Specialist responsible for delivering direct behavioral support to clients across various settings. The primary goal is to implement individualized ABA treatment plans and support the development of essential skills, while maintaining accurate documentation and communication with caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct behavioral support in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings.
- Follow individualized ABA treatment plans developed by supervising clinicians.
- Support the development of communication, social, academic, and adaptive life skills.
- Implement behavior reduction strategies and reinforce appropriate replacement behaviors.
- Record and maintain accurate session data and documentation in designated systems.
- Assist clinical staff with preparation of materials and support tools for client programming.
- Participate in assessments and information-gathering activities as needed by the BCBA.
- Communicate professionally with caregivers regarding client progress under clinical direction.
- Use approved behavior management strategies to maintain safety and support client success.
- Respond flexibly to changing client needs and environmental demands.
- Engage in supervision, coaching, and ongoing performance development.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Active RBT License or in process to get one.
- Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week across at least three days.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexibility required).
