About the Role We are seeking an Occupational Health Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality emergency care, first aid, and episodic treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses within standard standing orders. Operating independently on-site, this role focuses on preventing illness and injury, protecting team members from environmental hazards, and maintaining regulatory compliance through accurate medical records.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer professional nursing care, physical exams, and diagnostic tests for plant employees.

• Provide immediate emergency care, first aid, and medical history documentation for workplace conditions.

• Assist the plant physician with minor surgical procedures and equipment upkeep.

• Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with legal, health, and safety standards.

• Promote plant health initiatives and participate actively in employee wellness programs.

Required Qualifications

• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) state license.

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional nursing experience.

• Certifications: Active Healthcare Provider CPR/AED certification.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and standard software.

• Availability: Ability to work a 3rd shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior clinical experience in Occupational Health, Emergency Room (ER), or Urgent Care settings.

Schedule & Work Arrangement

• Shift: 3rd Shift (PRN).

• Modality: On-site (Plant Setting).
