Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join their team. The primary responsibilities include managing patient collections, checking patients in for lab and provider visits, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. The goal is to support the medical team and provide exceptional service to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking patient collections - card payments
• Checking patients in for lab and provider visits

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Patient collections experience, including copays
• Medical Front Desk/Medical Receptionist Experience - experience with checking patients in
• Experience with any EMR system

Skills

• Experience with EMR systems
• Athena Experience preferred
