Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to rotate between nearby clinic locations. The role involves providing vital healthcare services including vaccine administration, particularly focusing on pediatric immunizations. This position offers an opportunity to work in an ambulatory care setting with minimal travel time between sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering immunizations, including vaccines for pediatric patients
• Getting patients ready for exams and clinical procedures
• Supporting providers during patient visits and treatments
• Observing patients and documenting symptoms, medication responses, and treatment outcomes
• Collecting and recording vital signs
• Completing daily check-in documentation
• Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records using standard templates and forms
• Setting up exam rooms and ensuring all instruments, supplies, and equipment are properly prepared and sterile

Qualifications

• LPN certification
• Experience with vaccinations
• 2+ Years as an LPN
• EMR experience
• Preferred: Bilingual

Additional Requirements

This position involves rotating between nearby clinic locations, which are within a short 10-minute radius.
