Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to develop and maintain a strong understanding of insurance products, assess client needs, and recommend appropriate coverage. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, grow existing business, and meet or exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Grow existing customers/business - upsell and broaden scope of services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing policyholders.
• Process applications, handle policy changes, and assist with claims.
• Stay current on industry regulations and licensing requirements.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate and organized records in CRM or agency management systems.

Qualifications

• Active insurance license in Colorado (Property & Casualty).
• Proven sales or customer service experience (insurance experience preferred).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, relatable terms.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or insurance software systems.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or insurance software systems, Easy Links is helpful.
• Soft skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Schedule/Shift

8:45 AM MST - 5:00 PM MST (arrive to office by 8:30 AM for kick off/huddle at 8:45 AM)
