Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst responsible for managing a small caseload with a focus on quality and compassionate care. This role involves performing clinical tasks, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and handling staff management duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a small caseload with low billable expectations.
- Perform initial assessments of clients and develop individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians, providing mentorship and observing sessions regularly.
- Collaborate daily with various therapy professionals and hold monthly caregiver meetings.
- Manage staff performance including giving verbal warnings and collaborating on formal evaluations.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA Certification and compliance with IDFPR for LBA compliance.
- Master’s Degree in a related field.
- Experience with pediatric populations, specifically small children (toddlers to 7 years).
- Practicum Supervision eligibility (1+ year of BCBA certification and completed internal competency assessment).
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary, assent-based, or child-led therapy model.
