Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join their team. The primary responsibilities include conducting comprehensive initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring the implementation and integrity of provided ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and reassessments.
- Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Write measurable treatment goals and behavior intervention plans.
- Modify treatment plans based on ongoing data analysis.
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB requirements.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Motivity.
- Communicate effectively with families, physicians, schools, and interdisciplinary providers when appropriate.
- Participate in clinical meetings and case reviews.
- Provide input on documentation templates and clinical resources.
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Active New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Strong clinical writing and documentation skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of insurance-funded ABA services.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience using Motivity is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
