Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated SQL Developer to join their team. The primary role involves supporting clinically focused hospital reporting with a full-time, direct-hire individual contributor position.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong SQL programming, business logic development, and data querying capabilities.
- Develop reports covering hospital-wide clinical operations, including patient flowsheets, provider schedule utilization, and clinical metrics.
- Utilize exposure to Epic reporting tools such as Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, and SlicerDicer to enhance report accuracy and efficiency.
- Incorporate basic understanding of ETL processes and SSIS for application/logic-focused tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong SQL development and programming background.
- Experience working with healthcare data and clinical workflows, such as flowsheets, provider notes, and smartforms.
- Fully certified and experienced in Epic Cogito, Clarity, and Caboodle for remote candidates.
- A clinical background with IT/data skills is advantageous.
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL programming.
- Strong data analysis and business logic skills.
- Exposure to Epic reporting tools is beneficial.
- Minor Power BI experience is preferred.
