Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Implementation Coordinator responsible for coordinating onboarding and implementation activities for new clients and existing groups with key changes. The goal is to ensure that projects are completed accurately and on schedule while analyzing claims data and managing client communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the on-boarding and implementation activities of new clients and existing groups ensuring accuracy and timely project completion.
- Gather claims data to analyze and validate benefit structures.
- Analyze eligibility, claims, and pharmacy notification files to minimize disruption and transition impact.
- Assist the Implementation Manager with client communication during implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, IT, Clinical, and Sales.
- Track project milestones, document progress, and proactively identify and resolve implementation risks or issues.
- Support go-live activities and ensure a seamless transition to the ongoing Customer Success or Account Management team.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, benefits administration, or implementation/project coordination.
Skills
- Technical skills in customer service, benefits administration, or project coordination.
- Experience working in a PBM, TPA, or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with claims, eligibility, and benefit design data is advantageous.
Additional Requirements
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some flexibility needed based on business initiatives.
