Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dynamic Clinical Operations Manager to lead and oversee nursing and healthcare operations, ensuring seamless delivery and compliance with healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise nursing staff and medical assistants across multiple service sites.
- Partner with operations leadership to construct clinical coverage schedules and optimize daily workflows.
- Direct the Intensive Nurse Care Management Program, collaborating with department leadership to define targets and monitor clinical outcomes.
- Lead clinical incident reviews and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a liaison integrating medical, behavioral health, dental, pharmacy, and external community partners.
- Assist with clinical operations as needed, including patient triage and complex care coordination.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Proven leadership ability to balance administrative accountability with supportive team management.
- Prior experience with vulnerable or marginalized populations is preferred.
- Hands-on experience supervising medical assistant teams is preferred.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Nurse Care Manager.
- 3+ years of direct supervisory experience.
Additional Requirements
- Requires flexibility to float between various sites for the first 6–8 months.
