Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled PET Technologist to perform PET and CT imaging procedures in an outpatient setting. The role involves administering radiopharmaceuticals, managing patient schedules, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform PET and CT imaging procedures in accordance with facility protocols.
- Administer and handle FDG F-18 radiopharmaceuticals/isotopes.
- Manage a patient schedule of approximately 10 scans per day during weekday shifts and up to 14–15 scans on Saturdays.
- Operate GE PET/CT equipment.
- Collaborate with CT technologists, nurses, and radiologists/NPs.
- Provide high-quality patient care and communication.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements
Certifications
- Active Department of Health (DOH) compliance/licensure.
- Dual certification in PET and CT imaging.
Qualifications

- Minimum 3–4 years of high-volume clinical experience or demonstrated proficiency operating across 4 different machine models.
- Hands-on experience with FDG F-18 isotopes.
- Ability to independently manage patient volume and work weekend shifts.
Experience
- Minimum 3–4 years of high-volume clinical experience.
- Experience operating GE PET/CT imaging systems.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in PET and CT imaging.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide empathetic patient care.
