Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Application Coordinator who will primarily be responsible for processing applications post-enrollment meetings, managing submission to insurance carriers, overseeing work queues, and conducting back-end data entry. The role demands a keen eye for detail and strong critical thinking skills to address discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing applications after enrollment meetings are completed and plan selections are made.
• Submitting completed applications to insurance carriers.
• Managing and working through an incoming work queue.
• Handling back-end data entry while exercising decisional criteria and critical thinking when premiums or variables do not match up.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills.
• Critical thinking skills to resolve discrepancies and know when to escalate issues.
• High level of detail orientation with minimal room for mistakes.
• Active Health Insurance License preferred, required long-term if converted.
• Prior insurance/benefits background preferred.
• HubSpot familiarity is a plus.

Additional Requirements

Mandatory overtime is required during peak National Open Enrollment periods.
