Job Summary
Our client is seeking an Employee Benefits Representative. This role involves assisting with enrollment support, conducting virtual enrollment education meetings, and handling documentation. It is a non-sales, consultative position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound support during the initial month, addressing calls, escalation tickets from AI chat, and platform access issues.
- Conduct 1-on-1 virtual enrollment education meetings via MS Teams to explain health plan options including ICRAs and employer contributions.
- Document calls in HubSpot and upload recordings to SharePoint.
Qualifications
- Must be licensed in any US State.
- Ability to read and understand the Summary of Benefits.
- Experience with employer health benefits and ICRAs.
- Preferred familiarity with HubSpot.
- Preferred direct experience with ICHRA.
Additional Requirements
The role involves initial training with a standard schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. During National Open Enrollment, coverage is from 7:00 AM Eastern to 7:00 PM Pacific, requiring 10-hour days, optional overtime, and rotating weekend shifts.
