Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join their team. The primary responsibilities include patient check-in, chart preparation, phone management, scheduling, and providing general administrative support to ensure a smooth office workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Check-In: Welcoming and checking in 20 to 50 patients daily in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Chart Preparation: Manually preparing patient paper charts for upcoming clinic days with high accuracy.
- Phone Management: Handling steady incoming calls, providing patient support, and managing peak phone traffic around 2:00 PM daily.
- Scheduling: Utilizing a basic computer scheduling system to manage patient appointments.
- General Administrative Support: Supporting the front-office team and assisting with overall office workflow.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a front-office, patient check-in, or medical receptionist role preferred.
- Comfortable working with paper charts alongside basic computer scheduling software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage high call volumes professionally.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail when preparing patient records.

Additional Requirements
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
