We're hiring two Senior Directors of Patient Access to lead front-end Revenue Cycle operations across multiple hospitals and care settings in either Wisconsin or Virginia.
These are highly visible leadership roles responsible for translating strategy into execution, driving operational performance, and leading large-scale Patient Access organizations across complex health systems. Each Senior Director will oversee multiple facilities, lead managers and supervisors, and influence key Revenue Cycle outcomes impacting both patient experience and financial performance.

What You'll Do
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for Patient Access teams across multiple facilities
- Drive performance around registration accuracy, point-of-service collections, authorization workflows, and denial prevention
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Lead managers and supervisors while developing future leaders within the organization
- Partner with executive, operational, and clinical stakeholders to improve patient access and revenue cycle outcomes
- Present performance metrics and recommendations to senior leadership through concise, data-driven communication
What We're Looking For
- Previous Director or Senior Director-level Patient Access leadership experience
- Acute care hospital or health system experience required
- Experience leading large, multi-site Patient Access operations
- Strong knowledge of front-end Revenue Cycle metrics, including point-of-service collections, registration quality, and first-pass denial performance
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate analytics into operational results
