Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. The primary responsibilities include addressing inquiries from members and providers, proactively serving members, and ensuring clear and precise communication regarding claims and benefits by utilizing designated internal platforms. The ideal candidate will embody empathy, active listening, and a commitment to our CARE service model.
Key Responsibilities
- Go above and beyond to provide a seamless experience for members and providers.
- Respond professionally to member and provider inquiries via inbound calls or emails.
- Proactively serve members through outbound communications.
- Resolve inquiries by asking probing questions and making appropriate recommendations.
- Accurately communicate claims and benefits information using internal platforms.
- Demonstrate empathy and active listening in all interactions.
- Document all interactions clearly and professionally in our CRM platform.
- Collaborate with third-party entities and internal departments.
- Maintain a structured work schedule, with flexibility for overtime during peak seasons (January - March).
Qualifications
- A passion for helping people, coupled with a successful track record in solving complex issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively summarize information.
- Excellent reliability and adherence to a structured schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with data entry and updating electronic systems.
- Proficient computer navigation, including use of multiple systems and typing skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with a variety of individuals.
- Quick learning ability with a commitment to following processes accurately and timely.
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Additional Requirements
- Complete 4 weeks of training.
- Commit to a 40-hour per week schedule with flexibility during peak seasons.
- Maintain strict attendance policies during training and employment with minimal absenteeism.

Required Employment / Compliance Language
Please note that this position requires compliance with certain health licenses and ICRA experience is preferred.
