Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health Nurse (RN) to manage on-site employee health, injury prevention, and wellness initiatives within our first aid clinic. This role is responsible for delivering immediate clinical care, managing workers' compensation cases, administering FMLA, and ensuring OSHA compliance to foster a safe, healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care & Injury Management: Treat on-site injuries, refer employees to external medical providers as necessary, and manage case management/return-to-work programs.

• Medical Surveillance & Screening: Provide medical surveillance (annual audiograms, spirometry, vision screening, lead testing), conduct pre-employment drug/alcohol screenings, and coordinate health exams.

• Safety Training & OSHA Compliance: Train staff on First Aid/CPR/AED, Bloodborne Pathogens, Hearing Conservation, Workplace Violence, Ergonomics, and Heat Stress.

• Program Administration: Oversee the Drug and Alcohol program, advise on Workers' Compensation claims, and administer FMLA while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

• Operations & Health Strategy: Manage clinic supply purchasing, meet site budget expectations, and collaborate with Safety Coordinators on hazard recognition, ergonomics assessments, and job hazard analyses.

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice.

• 2+ years of hospital or clinic nursing experience.

• Strong clinical assessment skills and phlebotomy experience.

• Current CPR/AED certification.

• Ability to travel as needed.

• Compliance with company anti-nepotism policies (may not be related to current employees at the employment location by blood or marriage).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Occupational Health, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room (ER) settings.

Schedule & Modality

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday.

• On-Call: Required after-hours for injury management.

• Setting: On-site Clinic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually.
