Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Central Scheduler to join their Centralized Business Office. The primary responsibilities include scheduling within the Central Scheduling Call Center for their medical group, managing a high volume of calls, transcribing orders, and scheduling patients in various modalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduling tasks in the Central Scheduling Call Center.
- Handle a large volume of incoming calls, transcribe orders, and schedule patients in various modalities.
- Communicate various patient assistance tools.
- Cross train in various modalities as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in a call center or high call volume environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills are required.
- Experience in practice settings such as primary care, internal medicine, or pediatrics is preferred.
- Epic experience is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.

- Call center experience or equivalent in a high call volume environment.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
