Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Collections Representative to serve as a key point of contact for patients with outstanding medical balances. The position focuses on delivering a supportive experience while guiding patients through their financial responsibilities. The primary responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls related to patient bills, updating accounts, and maintaining professional and empathetic communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound calls from patients regarding outstanding balances.
- Making outbound calls to inform and assist patients with payment options.
- Accurately entering and updating patient and account information.
- Providing clear, empathetic communication in every interaction.
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Documenting call outcomes and account updates in internal systems.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
- One year of experience in medical collections.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience in medical billing.
- Preferred experience in a medical front office.

- Proficiency in medical billing and account management.
