Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (Circulating RN) to join a growing orthopedic ambulatory surgery center team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled OR Nurse who is looking to transition from the demanding schedule of a hospital environment into a more predictable, balanced daytime schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong circulating experience, excellent clinical judgment, and the ability to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced surgical setting. This role focuses on delivering safe patient care, supporting surgical teams, and ensuring smooth operating room workflows while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (or valid Compact State license).
- Current BLS/BCLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience working as a Circulating RN in an operating room setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
