Job Summary

Our client is seeking an Office Personnel role primarily responsible for triaging and providing acute care for students, administering medications, performing delegated clinical procedures, and coordinating health screenings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the severity of student illnesses and injuries, providing immediate first aid, bandaging, and comfort care.
• Safely administer daily and PRN medications to students, maintaining meticulous digital logs.
• Perform technical health procedures under the training and license of the Registered Nurse.
• Coordinate, execute, and document annual student vision and hearing screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer literacy, specifically proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and electronic health recording platforms.
• High emotional intelligence and excellent verbal/written communication skills.

Skills

• Technical skills: Proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and electronic health recording platforms.
• Soft skills: High emotional intelligence, sharp critical thinking capabilities, and excellent communication skills.

Additional Requirements

Available to work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
