Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Medical Front Desk Specialist to join their team. The primary responsibilities of this role include checking patients in and out, managing appointments, verifying insurance, and providing exceptional customer service to all patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Checking patients in and out
• Greeting patients with a welcoming and friendly attitude
• Schedule and reschedule appointments
• Collect co-pays
• Verify Insurance
• Answer phone calls

Qualifications

• Must have a High school Diploma or GED
• Must have 3 years of experience in a medical front office setting
• Must be comfortable verifying insurance and collecting co-pays
• Must be reliable and have excellent time and attendance
• Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
• Athena EMR Experience is preferred
• Experience in women's health is preferred
