Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Billing Coordinator to manage full-cycle billing processes within their aesthetic/surgical practice. The ideal candidate will focus on processing clinic and surgical billing while addressing a historical backlog of outstanding claims. The role requires dynamic management of billing activities, maximizing collections, and optimizing the billing pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Billing: Direct and process clinic and surgical billing, aligning with the clinic's schedule and patient volume.
- Tackle the Historical Backlog: Audit and resolve back-billed claims to bring accounts current.
- Drive Collections & Meet KPIs: Follow up on outstanding claims to maximize collections.
- Navigate Billing Platforms Independently: Use Nextech (EMR) and Tricetto to manage claims and troubleshoot denials.
- Collaborate within a small Team: Work closely with a small billing department to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Full-Cycle Medical Billing Expertise: Experience in entire billing processes, including claim submission and collections.
- Autonomous Workflow Management: Ability to manage tasks and workflows independently.
- Systems Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn Nextech (EMR) and Tricetto.
- Strong Time Management & Agility: Organizational skills to navigate varied schedules and maintain productivity.
- Specialized Practice Experience: Prior billing experience in relevant medical fields is preferred.

- Proficient in Nextech (EMR) and Tricetto (Billing platform).
- Excellent time management and adaptability skills.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Additional Requirements
- Full-time onsite position with regular business hours.
- Flexibility to stay late when necessary to address urgent billing matters.
