Job Description
The Human Resources Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions across the organization. This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develops proactive sourcing strategies, and ensures recruitment activities are accurately tracked within the Applicant Tracking System.
Responsibilities/ Job Duties:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting the onboarding process.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, career fairs, educational institutions, professional organizations, and other recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Review resumes and conduct phone and virtual screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and recruitment priorities.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview and selection process.
- Collect interview feedback and assist with hiring recommendations.
- Prepare offer letters and extend verbal offers as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity, and reporting within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, and open requisitions.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives to promote employment opportunities.
- Develop relationships with external recruiting partners, educational institutions, and professional organizations to strengthen recruiting efforts.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Perform additional Human Resources and recruitment-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Healthcare recruiting or staffing experience is highly preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and recruiting technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
