Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Scheduler to handle inbound and outbound call management with a primary focus on scheduling patients for MRIs. This position requires ensuring patient insurance information is up-to-date and involves comprehensive interaction with the Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities / Job Duties

• Handling inbound and outbound calls (approximately 60-80 calls per day).
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments for MRIs.
• Verifying unchanged insurance information from prior authorization.
• Managing call durations between 5-10 minutes.
• Operating within the Epic EMR system.
• Making outbound calls for patient follow-up during downtime.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements

Qualifications

• 1 year of medical administrative experience such as scheduling, registration, or patient access.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Experience with any electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Computer literacy.

Schedule / Shift

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
