We are seeking an experienced clinical leader for the role of Clinical Support Services Supervisor. This unique dual-functioning position combines high-level departmental management with intermittent, direct patient care as either a Registered Dietitian (RD) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
This role is responsible for directing supportive care programs across multiple clinic locations, leading a dedicated multidisciplinary team, and establishing vital community partnerships to enhance patient and family resources.

Compensation: $95,000.00 – $125,000.00

Core Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Operations
-
Oversee all Clinical Support Services and daily operations across multiple clinic sites.

Provide daily leadership, coaching, and mentorship to clinical support staff.

Manage administrative staffing details, including scheduling, timecards, hiring, and performance evaluations.

Facilitate team meetings and support broader organizational projects, such as value-based care initiatives.
2. Clinical Oversight & Practice

Maintain hands-on clinical skills by periodically stepping in to provide direct patient care as a Registered Dietitian or Licensed Social Worker.

Serve as an experienced mentor and preceptor for the staff.

Review, update, and draft clinical policies, standard operating procedures, and job aids in collaboration with the department Director.
3. Patient Support & Community Partnerships

Coordinate localized patient support programs and distribute patient-centric resources.

Actively build and sustain professional relationships with external community agencies and healthcare organizations.

Manage internal data tracking, analysis, and reporting on patient resource utilization.
Required Qualifications
Education & Licensure
Experience

Leadership: Minimum of 3 years of direct management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Clinical Practice: Solid clinical background with experience supervising and evaluating healthcare staff.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience overseeing operations across multiple clinical sites.

Prior experience in oncology or hematology patient care settings.

Familiarity with managing patient support services and community-based programs.

Practical experience writing clinical policy or managing value-based care pathways.

Background in data-tracking, program management, and budget development.
