Job Summary
Our client seeks a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a Health Center. The primary responsibilities include managing direct reports, promoting effective communication, ensuring compliance, and supporting emergency medical responses.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of Day-to-Day Health Center operations
- Manage and Develop Direct Reports
- Promote communication
- Integrate with Business Partners
- Maintain Health Center Compliance
- Monitor Physical Exam Program
- Support Medical Emergency Response Activities
- Support Wellness/Wellbeing initiatives at the site
Qualifications
- Nursing Bachelor’s degree required
- Valid nursing license required in the State(s) of practice
- Certification as Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) or Occupational Health Nursing Specialist (COHN-S) preferred
Experience
- Relevant experience in Occupational Health, Urgent Care, or ER is preferred

Additional Requirements
- Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm schedule
