Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and empathetic administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive care. Utilizing evidence-based standards, you will provide comprehensive patient education, continuous clinical assessment, and crucial triage support. Key Responsibilities
- Safe, accurate, and empathetic administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy, and supportive care.
- Provide comprehensive patient education.
- Conduct continuous clinical assessment and crucial triage support.
Qualifications
- Nursing Degree.
- Unencumbered RN License in state of employment or multi-state license.
- Current CPR and BLS certifications.
- Valid Driver’s License and vehicle for travel to other clinic locations as needed.
Experience
- Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Ability to assess patient needs and condition is essential.
- Strong critical thinking skills required.
- Fluency in the English language with excellent oral and written skills.
Skills
- Technical: Proficient in chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and biotherapy administration.
- Soft: Collaborative, patient-centered, and detail-oriented.
Additional Requirements
- Travel to other clinic locations as needed.
