About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our onsite team and serve as the primary voice and first point of contact for our patients. In this vital role, you will help patients navigate their scheduling, registration, and care inquiries with the utmost professionalism. Because customer service is our absolute top priority, we are looking for someone who naturally brings deep empathy, patience, and a warm, supportive attitude to every single interaction.

What You Will Do

On a daily basis, you will answer incoming calls from patients, addressing their questions and scheduling appointments accurately within our electronic system. Beyond managing the phones, you will act as a patient advocate by ensuring callers receive all necessary pre-appointment information and sending prompt follow-up letters or emails to confirm what was discussed. You will be responsible for real-time, accurate documentation of all patient interactions within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Additionally, you will help our team track operational success by occasionally generating basic reports on call volumes, common patient inquiries, and outstanding follow-up actions.

Who We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, you must possess stellar phone etiquette and clear, concise verbal and written communication skills in English. We require a reliable professional who can consistently work our onsite Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:15 PM shift, with the flexibility to cover a broader 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM window as needed. While not strictly required, previous experience documenting in an EHR system—especially Epic—or prior experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare call center environment is highly preferred.
