Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Infor CloudSuite ERP Architect / Analyst to join their core IT infrastructure team. This position involves architecting and analyzing business systems, particularly focusing on enterprise architecture, system security, and functional application analysis. The role serves as a key technical backbone for an 18-month Infor Optimization and Reimplementation Project, working alongside external implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain CloudSuite architecture with a focus on security configuration.
• Define and audit user roles and access permissions across CloudSuite modules.
• Troubleshoot complex architectural and security issues.
• Build and monitor data integrations and process flows using Infor Process Designer (IPD) and ION.
• Create and manage API-driven integrations for seamless data exchange.
• Administer Infor Operating Services (IOS) and manage data strategies utilizing replication sets and the Infor Data Lake.
• Act as a technofunctional liaison, developing custom reporting and data models using Spreadsheet Designer.

Qualifications

• Experience with Infor CloudSuite (v11+) and hands-on expertise in the applications.
• Proficiency in Infor Process Designer (IPD), ION, and API integrations.
• Experience with Infor Data Lake environments and configuring replication sets.
• Expert-level use of Spreadsheet Designer.
• Understanding of ERP optimization, migration, or re-implementation lifecycles.

Skills

• Deep familiarity with Global HR and Benefits configuration logic.
• Ability to translate complex processes into system requirements within the Infor ecosystem.
• Proactive troubleshooting skills and an anti-silo mindset.
