We are seeking a visionary Clinical Director / Senior BCBA to oversee our clinical operations, elevate our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) competency, and ensure our evidence-based practices remain progressive, ethical, and deeply effective.
Schedule: M-F 8am-4pm MST
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As a pivotal leader on our team, your footprint will be felt across every aspect of our clinical operations:

Clinical Oversight & Leadership: Shape and oversee company-wide evidence-based practices, ensuring our high standard of care strictly adheres to progressive behavior analysis and top-tier ethical standards.

Supervision & Mentorship: Guide, inspire, and mentor behavior technicians and junior staff, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and strict adherence to ethical guidelines.

Elevate Competency: Manage and elevate RBT competency, particularly equipping staff with the skills and confidence required to safely and effectively navigate severe maladaptive behaviors.

Training & Development: Lead dynamic monthly clinical training sessions and quality assurance initiatives to fuel continuous professional growth across the entire team.

Assessment & Treatment Planning: Mastermind comprehensive client assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake procedures, to design and monitor deeply tailored behavioral intervention plans.

Data-Driven Progress: Supervise the meticulous collection, analysis, and interpretation of clinical data to track progress, pivot strategies, and unlock optimal outcomes.

Compliance Champion: Ensure all medical records, progress notes, and treatment plans are pristine, secure, and in strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and licensing standards.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure a seamless, cohesive continuity of care.
What You Bring to the Team (Required Skills & Experience)
We are looking for a seasoned clinician who is passionate about mentorship and unafraid of complex cases.

Certification: Current, active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience practicing as a BCBA.

Clinical Approach: Proven experience utilizing a proactive, trauma-informed approach, with a genuine willingness and readiness to work closely with severe maladaptive behaviors.

Leadership Mindset: Previous supervisory, management, or cross-domain clinical leadership experience is strongly preferred. You should love building up other clinicians!
