Job Summary
Our client is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator responsible for effectively managing patient interactions and clinic operations. The role involves scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and ensuring a smooth patient flow in the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors professionally, in person and over the phone.
- Promptly answer calls and route inquiries appropriately.
- Efficiently schedule appointments to optimize provider schedules and patient satisfaction.
- Notify providers of patient arrivals and support patient flow throughout the clinic.
- Provide comfort and support to patients by answering general questions with professionalism.
- Retrieve, verify, and update patient records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Process paperwork and complete data entry tasks accurately and on time.
- Verify financial records, collect patient charges, and assist with patient check-out.
- Maintain office inventory and monitor supply levels.
- Ensure the waiting area and front desk are neat, clean, and orderly.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of medical office experience required.
- Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry preferred.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Basic office skills, including typing, filing, and data entry.
