Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Quality Control Team Leader to oversee the dual-role execution of active clinical trial coordination and management of local site operations. This role is pivotal in providing hands-on patient care, guiding physicians new to research, and ensuring full lifecycle data and trial management through strict compliance with FDA and GCP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Dedicate 75% of daily bandwidth to active clinical trial coordination and 25% to managing local site operations, inventory, and workflows.
- Conduct patient-facing study visits, execute standard clinical procedures, and prepare rooms for specialized urological procedures.
- Act as the on-site resource for local providers, guiding them through protocol requirements and compliance.
- Partner with remote management to implement and maintain day-to-day operational clinical workflows.
- Manage study documentation from the First Patient First Visit through close-out.
- Commit to a 4-week clinic-immersion training program locally and travel for corporate research training.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of active CRC experience with a track record in managing full lifecycle clinical trials and ensuring compliance.
- Proficiency in hands-on clinical procedures including phlebotomy, sample processing, and performing EKGs.
- Independent problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a new site setting.
