Job Summary
Our client is seeking a qualified Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) to join their team. The LGPC will be responsible for delivering individual, group, or family therapy sessions to a diverse range of clients, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with peers for continuous improvement. This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in Maryland.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, or family therapy to a diverse caseload of clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
- Conduct initial clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within 24-48 hours of each session.
- Participate in weekly clinical supervision and monthly staff consultations.
Qualifications
- Valid Maryland LGPC license.
- Resides in Maryland.
- Must have work-from-home equipment and quiet work environment.
Experience
- 0-3 years of experience preferred in delivering therapeutic sessions.
- Experience navigating telehealth platforms is preferred.
Skills
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective therapy delivery.
Additional Requirements
- 25-30 billable hours per week plus documentation.
- Participation in clinical supervision and staff consultations.
