Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Certified Epic Reimbursement Analyst to manage, maintain, and validate various contracts within the Epic system, ensuring appropriate configuration and payouts. The role involves collaboration with managed care plans and internal stakeholders to efficiently implement contracts and ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and maintain managed care, government, and special contracts into the Epic system with a high level of accuracy.
- Validate and test reimbursement functionality within Epic to ensure proper configuration and payment outcomes.
- Collaborate with managed care plans and internal stakeholders to support timely and accurate contract implementation.
- Execute all steps required to operationalize contracts following negotiation and approval.
- Monitor contract performance and troubleshoot discrepancies related to reimbursement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with managed care contracts, hospital billing, or revenue cycle operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
