Position Overview We are seeking a empathetic and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (PA) to focus on the evaluation, treatment, and ongoing management of pediatric patients with urologic conditions. In this role, you will work closely with leading pediatric urologists and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This opportunity offers a predictable day-shift schedule with minimal call responsibilities, ideal for an APP passionate about pediatric care and specialized surgical management.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.

Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for surgical patients.

Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, surgical procedures, recovery expectations, and long-term care.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.

Document patient encounters accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Perform newborn circumcisions in accordance with established clinical protocols and scope of practice following thorough, provided training.

Manage the full circumcision care cycle, including procedural care, post-operative assessments, and follow-up visits.

Monitor patient recovery, evaluate healing outcomes, and address any post-procedural concerns or family questions.
Required Qualifications

Current Texas licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA).

Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, nurturing, and engaging personality.

Demonstrated comfort, patience, and skill in working directly with children and families.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a specialty practice setting.

Previous clinical background in Urology and/or Pediatrics is helpful, though motivated candidates seeking specialized training are encouraged to apply.
Schedule & Shift

Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Minimal call duties, with flexibility to assist in managing after-hours care when necessary.
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly compensation ranging from $57.69 to $79.33 per hour, commensurate with experience and clinical background (equivalent to an annualized earning potential of approximately $120,000 – $165,000).
