Job Summary
Our client is seeking dedicated Care Advocates to join their dynamic and high-volume contact center. The main goal is to deliver premier, high-touch assistance to clients, ensuring a seamless and premium care experience. This role involves acting as a dedicated personal guide through the medical journey, explaining program perks, and facilitating doctor matching.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver premier, high-touch assistance to clients within a dynamic, high-volume contact center.
- Act as a dedicated personal guide, creating a seamless and premium care experience for every individual.
- Walk clients through their upcoming medical journeys, explaining program perks, financial incentives, and clinical timelines.
- Facilitate doctor matching and liaise directly with clinical practices to organize and fast-track care logistics.
- Address inquiries with deep empathy and precision, making sure every person feels genuinely heard and respected.
- Drive outreach to onboard new program participants while nurturing ongoing connections with current clients.
- Champion the patient experience, routinely going above and beyond to simplify the intricate world of specialized healthcare.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required with Associate's degree being highly preferred.
- Ability to work within the hours of 8am to 8pm.
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service/service center and/or sales enablement role.
Skills
- Proficient communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Additional Requirements
All schedules are Monday-Friday and Care Advocates are assigned 9-hour shifts between 7AM-8PM. You may be asked to occasionally cover a rotating shift: M-F 1:00PM-10:00PM. No weekends are required.
