What You'll Do
- Partner with primary care providers to deliver integrated behavioral health services.
- Provide brief, evidence-based interventions including CBT, Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
- Assess patients, develop short-term treatment plans, monitor progress, and coordinate referrals when appropriate.
- Support patients of all ages through collaborative, whole-person care.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
- Active New Mexico license (LCSW, LMSW, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, or LAMFT).
- Passion for collaborative, patient-centered care.
