Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Medical Front Desk Specialist to serve as the front-facing administrative lead for a multi-specialty healthcare clinic. This role is essential in ensuring smooth front office operations by greeting patients, managing the reception area, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional, organized, and patient-centered clinic environment. The specialist will also be responsible for ensuring accurate documentation and effective patient flow, providing a high-quality experience for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in patients for all clinic services, providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and lobby area.
- Assist patients with necessary documentation and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments across multiple specialties and providers.
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally.
- Document messages accurately and provide basic information about clinic services.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous exposure to Mental Health, Substance Abuse, and Integrated care (preferred).

Additional Requirements
Availability to work Monday through Friday with varying start and end times:
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
